If you are not familiar with how Chronograph timepieces work, please read: General Instructions on Chronographs

Read Common Q & A's on how to use and set your Waldan International timepiece.

Care:
Our timepieces are high quality mechanical instruments, and as such, require periodic service and maintenance.

We suggest that you have your timepiece inspected or serviced every three to four years for cleaning, lubricating, regulating and gasket inspection. This will ensure that your timepiece continues function at its highest capacity for many years to come.

Care should also be taken when setting your watch and using the recessed push pieces. Use the push pin tool that came with your watch to do this as anything else may damage the push piece or mark it.

Service:
If your timepiece should ever require servicing, repair or maintenance please contact us so that we can assess what needs to be done. When sending your timepiece, please be sure to use plenty of soft packing material to protect the watch in transit. Sending the original box is not necessary. Please include a note describing the problem, your address, and a daytime phone number or email address where we can contact you if we have any further questions.

Guarantee:
Waldan International timepieces are guaranteed worldwide for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. If an unauthorized repair center attempts to repair and/or service the watch, the warranty will be void.

Storage:
If you store your timepiece for a prolonged period of time, please wind it fully by the crown at regular intervals, at least once a month. This is necessary to keep the parts well lubricated and allow the watch to function with high accuracy and reliability for many years.
