Instructions for 18K Retro Alarm Chronometer

Please follow these instructions carefully so as not to damage your timepiece.

Button descriptions:

A:
Winding crown to wind alarm and set alarm time.
B: Winding crown to wind, set date, and set time.


Setting the time and date:
Pull the crown (B) out fully.
Start advancing the time clockwise, continue advancing the
time clockwise until you reach the desired date.
( If you are setting your watch in the evening, make sure
that you advance the hour hand passed noon when you have arrived at the desired date so that the A.M./P.M. can be set correctly allowing the date to change at midnight instead of at noon. )
Push the crown in and wind the watch.
Your timepiece has been set and wound.

Setting the alarm:

Wind the crown (A) fully until you meet resistance.
Pull the crown (A) out fully and turn to set the alarm hand
to the desired time.
Leave the crown out and the alarm will sound at the time
you set it to. When the alarm rings, you may push the crown
in to turn it off, or let it sound for 13 seconds and wind down fully.
Note, the alram energy does not affect the time. It is wound by a separate mainspring barrel.
